2xlucky Terms & Conditions

To open and use a 2xlucky account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law for participation in real-money gambling activities.
• You are a natural person acting in your individual capacity — corporate accounts and accounts held on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• You are not a resident of, nor physically located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 2xlucky or had an account suspended or permanently closed by 2xlucky for any breach of these Terms.
• You are not listed on any government-issued exclusion list or otherwise legally prohibited from participating in gambling activities.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not colluding with, acting as an agent for, or using funds belonging to any third party.

2xlucky reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time — including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth card, or Philippine Driver's License), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false registration details is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance, subject to applicable law.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on 2xlucky at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and all balances forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 2xlucky will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your sole responsibility unless you have promptly notified 2xlucky of unauthorized access.

• Password security: Use a strong, unique password and do not share it with any third party.
• Device security: Log out of your 2xlucky account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Suspicious activity: Report any unauthorized access or suspected compromise to support immediately via live chat.
• Account sharing: Sharing your account credentials with any other person is strictly prohibited.

Account balances — including both real-money and bonus funds — are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be exchanged, gifted, or sold to any third party. Your 2xlucky account balance holds no monetary value outside of the 2xlucky platform and is not redeemable for cash except through the standard withdrawal process subject to applicable verification and wagering requirements.

All financial transactions on 2xlucky are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). 2xlucky supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT, and 7-Eleven payment channels. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 via GCash or Maya.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 2xlucky account within seconds of successful payment confirmation.
• 2xlucky does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200.
• KYC identity verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within 1–24 hours; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• 2xlucky reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times beyond standard estimates.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. Only winnings derived from completed wagering requirements on bonus funds may be withdrawn, up to any applicable bonus cap.

2xlucky offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback rewards, and VIP tier benefits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Wagering requirements: Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Time limits: Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• One bonus per player: Players may not simultaneously hold multiple welcome bonuses. Each player household, IP address, and device is treated as a single player for bonus eligibility purposes.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Refer to individual promotion pages for contribution tables.
• Maximum bet with active bonus: While a bonus is active, maximum bets per spin or round are limited as specified in the promotion. Bets exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the entire bonus balance.
• Withdrawal caps: Certain bonuses have a maximum withdrawal limit applied to winnings derived from bonus play. This cap will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.

2xlucky reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to bonus hunting, hedging bets across games to fulfill wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting technical errors — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.

VIP program benefits, including cashback percentages, withdrawal speed tiers, and personal manager allocations, are subject to tier-specific terms communicated within the VIP program documentation. VIP status is not guaranteed and may be adjusted or removed if account activity falls below the minimum threshold for the relevant tier.

All games available on the 2xlucky platform utilize certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing procedures conducted under supervised studio conditions. Game outcomes are determined solely by these certified mechanisms and are not influenced by 2xlucky, its staff, or any external party.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on 2xlucky's servers, the server-side record shall be deemed the authoritative result. Technical malfunctions, connectivity interruptions, or browser errors on the player's side do not entitle the player to a void or reversal of a completed game round unless the malfunction is confirmed to have originated from 2xlucky's platform.

• Disconnections: If a connection is lost mid-round, the game will continue to its conclusion on the server. If the round was already active, the result stands. Any winnings from that round will be credited to your account automatically upon reconnection.
• Void rounds: 2xlucky reserves the right to void any game round where a verifiable technical error on our platform is determined to have materially affected the game outcome. Affected stakes will be refunded.
• Bet limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per round. These are displayed within each game interface prior to placing a bet.
• Game availability: The availability of specific games may be restricted by jurisdiction, account status, or platform maintenance. 2xlucky is not liable for the temporary or permanent unavailability of any game.

Players are expected to conduct themselves with integrity at all times. Any attempt to exploit game logic, algorithms, or live dealer procedures through systematic play patterns designed to circumvent the house edge will be reviewed and may result in voided winnings and account restriction.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 2xlucky platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts for any purpose, including but not limited to circumventing bonus restrictions or account suspensions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Collusion with other players, including pre-arranged chip dumping in poker, coordinated betting to influence live game outcomes, or any form of team play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform to launder funds or to process proceeds of criminal activity. 2xlucky is committed to full compliance with Philippine AML regulations and will report suspicious activity without prior notice to the account holder.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected platform error are not the rightful property of the player and will be reversed.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any subsequent verification process.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you, or processing chargebacks after receiving goods or services from 2xlucky without a legitimate dispute basis.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory behavior toward 2xlucky staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

All content on the 2xlucky platform — including but not limited to the 2xlucky brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional graphics, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 2xlucky or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 2xlucky platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 2xlucky content without prior written authorization.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any 2xlucky software or game engine.
• Use the 2xlucky name, logo, or brand assets in any marketing, social media, or third-party context without express written consent from 2xlucky.
• Frame, scrape, or mirror any part of the 2xlucky website for any commercial or competitive purpose.

Any unauthorized use of 2xlucky intellectual property constitutes an infringement of our rights and may result in legal action. Players who submit content to 2xlucky — such as feedback, reviews, or support communications — grant 2xlucky a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use such content for internal improvement and quality assurance purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 2xlucky, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the 2xlucky platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated winnings due to technical faults, connectivity failures, or third-party service outages.
• Financial losses resulting from your gambling activity, including losses incurred during the processing of bonuses or promotions.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Temporary unavailability of any game, feature, or service on the platform due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.

2xlucky's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits 2xlucky's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.

2xlucky collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms. By registering a 2xlucky account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC verification, and account activity is used for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and the delivery of platform services. 2xlucky does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data held by 2xlucky, subject to legal retention obligations. To exercise any of these rights, contact our support team via live chat or at [email protected].

2xlucky reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Violation of the prohibited conduct provisions set out in Section 6.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder or a third-party responsible gaming authority.
• Regulatory directive or court order requiring account restriction or closure.

You may close your 2xlucky account voluntarily at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to standard processing times and applicable KYC requirements.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, 2xlucky reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in full in accordance with applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to 2xlucky's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of first written notification to 2xlucky, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration conducted in the Philippines under applicable arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines where necessary to protect intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

2xlucky reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the 2xlucky platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the 2xlucky platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a material change to these Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 10.
